The hotel rooms were quite disappointing, far away with 2 corridors and very dimmed lights both in the corridors and inside the rooms. They didn't match the representations on the website and felt cramped compared to a recent stay elsewhere just slightly more expensive. However, the service went above and beyond, being approachable, friendly, and accommodating, particularly in a last-minute situation with injured teenage footballers. The location was the saving grace, convenient for major attractions and conference venues. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good range of choices offering value for money. Despite the room shortcomings, the facilities were decent, earning moderate praise.

I found my stay at the hotel to have its ups and downs. The location was superb, right in front of the convention center and close to bars and restaurants, but the room I had was small, dark, and quite depressing with a view of a lit-up carpark. The service, however, was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist.
